Recognizing the need for outpatient addictions treatment HOPE established an outpatient program in 1999.This is available to those who need intensive treatment coupled with a long term residential stay and for those who are capable of getting the treatment needed while remaining at home and on the job.
In addition to assessments, HOPE offers both an intensive outpatient
program and lower intensity outpatient services, including educational programs, aftercare, individual counseling, and special focused groups such as relapse prevention and dual diagnosis.
Our intensive outpatient program offers daily groups that meet for three hours four times weekly over 8 weeks. Each session includes education about addictions, learning and practicing coping skills needed for lasting sobriety, and group therapy. Strong emphasis is placed on the use of 12 Step programs for support and principles for change.
Hopes intensive outpatient program is a routine part of the program for residents of Frances Hurley house or Opportunity House who requires/needs intensive outpatient treatment. Intensive
Outpatient Treatment is available to indigent clients as well as those having
Tenncare coverage.
